Brian E. Hoyt is a Managing Director in BRG’s Heath Analytics Practice in Washington, DC and is an expert in network adequacy and health plan provider directories. Mr. Hoyt has been selected as an independent monitor of enforcement decrees pursuant to both state and federal investigations in these areas. He also routinely works with health plans to proactively navigate the risks and complexities that these areas present, as well as to respond in the event of disputes and investigations.
